Cork Dork is a haven for all people who love food, cocktails & wine. Curating the menu is Danny Amirian, a born and raised Westlake local who brings his fresh approach to cooking back to the Conejo Valley. Danny's menu is small, but will always be changing to focus on local farms and purveyors' best available product. Danny cooks from the heart and his passion will show on the plate. For drinks we offer boutique wines and local sourced craft cocktails. If you are a beginner and just enjoy a glass, starting to learn. All wines are available in 2oz, 5oz, and bottle formats so you can try multiple items in one sitting. Our liquor selection is curated with small CA distilleries matching Chef Danny's local approach.
