Some examples of our mouth watering Roman delicacies include our signature Artichokes alla Core de Roma, Saltimbocca, and Bucatini all'Amatriciana. We spelled our name as“Core de Roma”intentionally, meaning“The Heart of Rome” in our family's dialect.
