An all-natural product that is 86% cayenne peppers, this sauce packs an authentic, aged cayenne flavor that will be very different when compared to other sauces that typically have a stronger concentration of vinegar. Dead Red carries a heat that's just a touch hotter than the cheaper "off the shelf" hot sauces, all thanks to its increased pepper content.

It packs a strong cayenne flavor, but also brings a solid backdoor kicker of habanero heat. While it is a top-secret blend of two peppers, just like the rest of our sauces, they're all American-grown and 86% of what's in there is pure pepper goodness.

GRUNT GREEN was discovered almost by accident that green cayenne peppers picked just before they turn red can bring a truly unique, tangy, earthy flavor; still carries the same fresh flavor as Dead Red, and that same rich concentration of all-natural cayenne peppers. Much of the harvesting of the green peppers happens at the end of a growing season, when these mature, perfectly balanced peppers just decide to stay green; as such, we usually age these peppers a bit longer.
