My wife and I literally came in from Houston and the first stop to eat was Copeland’s. We did not get any service for 15 minutes as others were getting serviced. Made eye contact with an employee as we got nothing. Not a very great place I guess for tourists
Been coming here for years and it was always great but this last time was different food looked gross and it came out cold. This place is slacking
My daughter chose to have her 15th Birthday Dinner there and the service was horrible. They ran out of jazzy wings and one of the girls didn't even get hers because they ran out. My daughter the Birthday girl didn't get her food until last and everyone else was almost done eating. The waitress was not on her job, didn't know her name, wasn't checking on us to make sure everyone had what they needed and half of the time she wasn't nowhere to be found. I was very disappointed and dissatisfied. My daughter was very upset, she said this was my favorite restaurant but now I don't know. Everything was horrible.
Oh man let me tell you. I loved our waiter. He was awsome and helped me find something to eat. And he was spot on because I loved it. The music was just the right volume. Enjoyed it very much. I ate the chicken Renee.
Always a good place for a quiet romantic dinner with someone. We like to go here for wine and some appetizers. I can suggest the smoked tuna dip.
I got a seafood plater. It was just fried fish and shrimp, with a crab cake that to me and my wife tasted spoiled. I live in South Louisiana ,I know what what good crab meat tastes like.
