You wouldn't regret coming here.

Customer service was borderline horrible, we received a cold welcome, what actually acerbated everything is it was a slow evening for the establishment the staff chose who to invest in. The food was filling and flavorful.... I'll not be returning.

Ir was my First time at this place. Although, the atmosphere is amazing I was very disappointed of the service and lack of care the waitress displayed. I asked if the jalapeños can be withhold from the yucca croquetas to which she replayed immediately it already came mashed that way but with an actitud, so then I ask for two beef Argentinians empanadas and ask if the three tacos can I get two beef and one pork since they are in the same category price not an upgrade. She said no we can’t do that so I said I will just get the empanadas and the coffee I already order, which by the way for serving Cuban and Latin food they have no milk to make a café con leche?? But anyway few minutes later she came back and said that they do not have anymore beef empanadas and asked me if I still want the yucca croquetas?? To which we stablished that they can’t withhold the jalapeños and I never ordered them on the first place. I think that for the price of this place and the limited menu they should be more accommodating and the service should be outstanding!!! The place is gorgeous but this server place it a one star place!!!☹️

We had gone for light appetizers while Waiting for our reservation at another restaurant. Everyone in our party ordered one of their specialty shots and the waitress wanted to join in with us and ordered herself one too. We were happy to take a shot with her but we did not consent to buying it for her, to which she put it on our check at the end and crossed it out with sharpie on the receipt, but still charged us for it. Our bill should have been $48 with what we ordered but it ended up being $58 and on top of that I gave her an $11 tip. So she ended essentially getting a $20 tip for 4 shots, chips and salsa, and croquettes.
