Take home a bottle of our award winning booze and some wine for dinner or perhaps a New York State cider or locally produced craft beer! In the evenings, the Cooperstown Distillery Beverage Exchange converts into an upscale cocktail lounge, featuring a “gastropub” menu highlighting locally-sourced foods when available, local beers and wines, and cocktails made with our own handcrafted spirits.
