Our purveyor has created a wonderful family team where the Chef and Gardener work hand-in-hand to create menus brimful of the freshest seasonal flavours. We source from our local heroes, the best farmers, cattleman, fishermen and foragers we know, the foundation of our farm grown menu for our Restaurant and bed & breakfast! We are obsessive restorers saving the old and making it new, from vintage fabrics and china to DIY on-site smokers and up-cycled chicken sheds, we love anything handmade and local!
