I only ordered take-out, but the dining room looked like a nice place to eat. Plenty of parking here and it’s located right in the middle of Route 202, so you can stop in on the way to or from anywhere. The staff seemed really chill and the chef in the back added everything I asked for on my fries with no problem, which usually can be a hassle at other places. I highly recommend loaded fries if you’re looking for comfort food. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible at both entrances!

I've been to the Concord Diner with my family a total of 3 times now. Each time, the kids pancakes have been different (size and quantity). We have small children so kids meals are always ordered. The first time, the kids pancake was massive and only came with one. The second time, it was significantly smaller but still only one. This final time, I ordered 3 orders of kids pancakes (which the waitress repeated back to me), and two of them came with 2, while the last came with 3. I didn't question the inconsistency because the other two visits were also slightly inconsistent. There were also wrong drinks delivered and forgotten food that had to be requested again after everything was delivered. However, we all ate. The food was good. Everyone was happy. The bill came and we saw that each of our "kids meals" were in fact rang in as full adult entrees. $15 each for a KIDS MEAL. When asking about it at the register, they refused to do anything to remedy it, did not care that what we ORDERED and what was REPEATED BACK by the waitress was NOT what was given or charged. Their only response was "the kids meals only come with one pancake. She (the waitress) didn't tell you that?" No. "Oh, well yeah they only come with one." To be clear, we didn't order more than one pancake for each child. We were perfectly fine with only getting one each because there were about 4 large pancakes that completely went to waste. Husband paid the bill as is because he doesn't like confrontation and it was clear they weren't going to take any accountability. However, we will definitely not go back after this. Clearly, they are not training their wait staff or cooks consistently and management needs a good lesson in customer service and accountability.

Today was our first time trying The Concord Diner 8/20/23. We came at noon on a Sunday and it was relatively empty. The host was very nice, and we were seated immediately. I ordered scrambled eggs with American Cheese, homefries, and toast (which came buttered for me). Our server was very nice, and attentive. The order came out in less than 10 minutes which was amazing. My husband got the Louisiana Cajun chicken sandwich which he said was really good. I would highly recommend trying The Concord Diner if you are a local looking for a new diner experience. The miscellaneous item on the bill is the American cheese. The pricing is very reasonable and in some cases cheaper than other local diners. We are going to try it again for dinner tonight. EDIT: 1/25/24 We entered the diner and there were no customers. The woman manager sat us, and a younger girl took our orders. I ordered a Greek salad, and French onion soup. The French onion soup came out with OLD BAY SEASONING on it. That’s honestly one of the grossest combinations I could possibly think up. It DOES NOT say it in the description on the menu. I told the waitress I would eat the soup if they made it without old bay seasoning. She brought it back for a second time and it still had old bay on it. She didn’t understand English or what old bay seasoning was to be able to tell the chef it was done wrong. (the servers and managers speak very little English) I sent it back again, and the third time it came back it was fine. I went to dig into the soup and it had an insane amount of bread soaked into it and barely any onions. I WAS STILL CHARGED for the soup. Even though they messed up multiple times. Also the woman manager wasn’t really letting the waitress wait on us she gave us a second round of drinks, and then was having trouble conveying that she had already done it and the waitress got confused. I love the Greek salad I actually think as a vegetarian it’s one of my favorite items on the menu. We won’t be back for a while. It’s way too inconsistent for us. Also we had really tiny drink glasses, and other customers who walked in after us had regular size glasses. There were no other people so it’s not like it’s a lack of clean dishes. Vegetarian options: Not many options.

Food was terrible. English language Russian TV station on with antisemitic broadcasts played. Check out the health department inspections before going! Parking: Really stupid field
