The 1st two times I went, I ordered the quesabirria. The birria is decent, but it's beef birria, not real birria. The consome is mid, and costs extra. This time I ordered street tacos. I usually order 3 asada, 3 pastor. They didn't have beef for asada tacos, but they were still selling beef birria. So I ordred 4 pastor tacos. The pastor tacos were trash. The pork was burned and dry. The tortillas were not good. They were hard, but not crunchy. More of a stale feel with a bland taste masked with grease. They're stingy with the salsa. And the salsa is not that great. All in all, the birria is ok if you prefer beef birria. This place is all hype, too expensive, and doesn't even rank in regards to good taco trucks.
Con Sabor Mexico is a great place to go for tacos and burritos. But the reason we went here is for the giant birria taco. I couldn't finish the whole thing, but it was delicious paired with the dipping sauce and the salsa. We tried their tacos also and they didn't disappoint. Now if your trying to eat healthy, do not come here. This food is definitely for indulging in the greasy, cheesy, meaty deliciousness in a good way. But if you want to treat yourself once in awhile, this place has a bit of everything on the menu.
So I wanted to try out the famous birra burrito but to my unsatisfaction got with my togo box was stale Chips, flavorless consom it look more watery then other places I had tried, the meat it self was a lil rough and very over price they charged me $13 for birra burrito then I order one just vegetarian without the mewt some places drop and price cuz of a vegetarian dish. I don't know what's up with this place first and last for me. Very disappointed
Plain not red and disappointed
Waited for 30 mins then when i asked where my order was after they skipped me im told they forgot my order ♂️ overpriced and the food is not even that good needles to say i will not be coming back
That giant taco can feed a large family.
I like the outdoor setup and the menu was giving what it was supposed to!
