      Lite Werk Pink Lemonade by Wonderwerk is made from We re-fermented grape pomace (piquette) from direct-pressed rosé and carbonic red wines for 3-7 days, then blended it with 30% finished wine, including Syrah and Mourvedre Rosé. The wine was infused with zest from organic California-grown Eureka lemons and natural lemon extract. The base wine underwent fermentation with native yeast and bacteria, followed by a light bottle re-fermentation using a Champagne yeast starter. It has an alcohol content of 7% by volume and is available in 750ml bottles.
