In 2020 the Colorado Pig Rig came under new ownership. Colorado Pig Rig is now owned and operated by Food Truck Avenue - Your one stop shop for all things food trucks. We look forward to continuing the legacy of the Colorado Pig Rig while also adding our own twist with additions from our other fan favorite trucks - Mac 'N Noodles, The Burger Bus, and Mile High Cheesesteaks.
