  Dipped in Moonlight - Pale Ale - 5.0% abv A hoppy American pale ale, Dipped in Moonlight is a lower abv version of its IPA siblings. With a relative lack of bitterness it still retains a ton of hop flavor. It contains big flavors of citrus, a twist of watermelon, and a creamy mouthfeel. We consider this beer to be an introduction to hoppier beer styles.

  Chasing The Light - IPA – 6.5% abv Chasing The Light is a west coast style IPA. Brewed with a blend of Mosaic, Simcoe and Citra hops throughout the process, it is then fermented with clean American ale yeast to allow the hops to shine. It has an assertive bitterness without being too harsh.

  The Sky was Yellow - IPA - 6.6% abv One of our flagship beers, Sky is brewed with the holy trinity of American hops: Citra, Amarillo, and Mosaic. This combination of hops gives us big tropical aromas with a gentle pithy bitterness. It is designed to be immensely drinkable and not overpowering.

  And the Sun was Blue - DIPA - 9.0% abv This beer is the big brother to The Sky was Yellow. With intense levels of hop saturation and a higher alcohol content, it still maintains its drinkability. The bigger hop charges throughout the process amplify the flavors of melon and orange to the forefront, yet it still maintains a soft, fluffy mouthfeel.

  Key Performance Indicator - Hibiscus and Passion Fruit - Gose - 4.2% abv KPI is a beer brewed with summer in mind, even though we enjoy drinking it year round. It is brewed with pink himalayan sea salt, dried hibiscus flowers and passion fruit. Pouring a brilliant red, it reminds of a tropical punch in both color and flavor.
