Not to be a Karen but my ice cream was DISGUSTING! It had SLIMY CHUNKSof yellowy white in my vanilla bean ice cream! Can't Believe how bad their ice cream has gotten over the years. This is the same location I used to go to since I was young and I remembered it being delicious. Very disappointed. I wasted my money on this! DO NOT GO HERE!

I really appreciate what the staff have done for my son birthday.. I need a pokemon cake and some said need 5 days to do a cake but Reina the manager from cold stone did me a pokemon cake with a daytime. It is really nice of her to do me such a favor in a short notice .

This store can never get an order right. Missing items, orders are always messed up.

Stopped by for 15 minutes to enjoy the ice cream, but had to pay $8 parking fees. They could’ve offered to give validation

Avoid!! The store is filthy and the ice cream is terrible. I tried the coffee and dark chocolate ice creams and they had barely any flavor. The texture was more like butter taffy than ice cream: weirdly slick and chewy. I dunno whether the franchises receive buckets of prepared ice cream or maybe they get just the components of ice cream and they blend it onsite, but something was seriously off about the ice cream recipe. I had three bites then threw it out, it was so awful.
