Cold Stone Creamery

I recently visited Cold Stone Creamery, and it was beyond amazing! The staff was friendly, and the menu options were endless. I had the Chocolate Devotion ice cream, and it was heavenly. Their unique mixing method ensures each bite is perfection. The variety of toppings is impressive, and portion sizes are generous. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, making it a must-visit for ice cream lovers. Cold Stone Creamery deserves every one of those five stars!

Love the owners! They were super friendly and welcoming. The place was clean and ice cream was great :)

If I could give negative stars I would they gave my order away not once but twice and then gave me attitude because they had to re make it… like it’s my fault they don’t pay attention….if you’re this incompetent at life then that explains why you scoop ice cream for a living… This younger generation is doomed….

I was very excited to have a coldstone near my house! However, I've been very disappointed every time I go. 6/10 visits to this location on separate occasions and they almost never have banana ice cream! It is my favorite flavor and I've been let down. I much rather continue driving to the Ontario location since 9/10 times they will have my banana ice cream!

The serving sizes have shrunk while the prices have increased. Six bucks (plus tax n tip) for a mini. Ordered a Rocky Road, I think there were four marshmallows in the whole cup and very few nuts. Basically just chocolate and disappointment. sucked all round. Will not be going back here ever and cannot recommend it to anyone. My wife had a small, which has now become a really small, and same thing, very few marshmallows and peanuts. 21 is much better.

While I am grateful this location took a last minute order, I was very much dissatisfied with my cake. I ordered a “create your own” cake that was $50, however, once we cut into the cake we realized it was not what we ordered… it was red velvet cake with plain chocolate ice cream. We ordered devils food cake with peanut butter cup perfection ice cream. There wasn’t anything we can do at that point. I was really disappointed that I gave in to buying an expensive ice cream cake and didn’t even get what we ordered.

If you go to cold stone, go to this one!! The sweet girl that helped me was Rozzi and she was so amazing. I felt welcomed by her and she was helpful the whole time, from picking the ice cream to the toppings. Best service i’ve ever received!
