I could zero stars if there is an option, girls in the store, extremely rude.

If I could rate it a 0 star I would. Workers were rude when we came in through the door, they had the nastiest attitude. Literally was in there for 3 minutes and they were trying to hurry as up while there was no one else in line. This was the first and last time I ever go back. I understand people have bad days but don’t take it out on others.

The employees here were so rude, made me & my friends feel rushed, when we asked them questions we received terrible attitudes the girl who made our ice cream didn't make it well it was extremely melted, I've worked in customer service My whole life & never treated customers with so much attitude. If your going to work in customer service be professional & dont take your bad days out on the customer. Just because you had a bad day does not mean you can take it out on other people.

I came in around 9:25 pm, with a smile ready to eat some ice cream until the employees were making me feel rushed. Very poor costumer service , I would ask a simple question and both girls that were there just kept giving me attitude. Both really disrespectful, the tone in their voice seemed like they were annoyed of me. I didn’t even enjoy my ice cream because the energy they gave off ruined it for me. Will definitely not be back at this location.

$20 for a pint and they didn't even fill it

Amazing experience!!! Staff was super friendly and offered to take us on flavor tour where we got to sample each of the flavors on the menu and a few with an added twist.

Conveniently located in the heart of Irvine, it’s our goto shop for good ice cream cake. The staff is quick and friendly and it’s always stocked with fan favorite. We got their Strawberry passion cake and it feeds six people nicely and great for birthdays. It kept well in the fridge until opening. Plenty of parking and the near by grocery store is a good place to pick up flowers and balloons.

The price I somewhat high but the staff is nice and you get what you get.

A bit smaller than other locations I’ve visited, but the customer service was great!
