The brown skinned black girl with braids had the worst attitude. I was looking at the menu, and she didn't even say, "Hello. Can I help you?" She just stared at me like she didn't want to be there and like I was of inconvenience. I asked for a sample of a flavor of ice cream. She acted like I was asking for the store. She should have stayed home. I understand people can have an awful day. I get it. Another employee stood in and helped me. She displayed a positive demeanor and was very helpful. I'm glad I was able to talk to someone like her because she wanted to help me recreate a recipe that brought back a memory. If I had asked the first employee, it would have been an awful experience. There are two people in life, one where you'll go far in life because you're just a kind person or one, where you're unpleasant to others and stuck in the same mindset.

First and foremost, I always visit the Hope Mills location because it’s clean and amazing, however after eating next door we decided to stop in, walking in smelled like spoiled milk and and bleach which should have been my sign to walk out, however proceeded to order and the girl waited there looking at us but never saying she was ready to take our order. After asking her, she nodded her head, no “hello” “how can I help you” nothing. Proceeded to give my order and she had an attitude the entire time, gave me a small amount of the add ins, even though I’m paying .99 for each, didn’t speak throughout. Then when asked for a bowl, she rolled her eyes as if I was inconveniencing by merely being a paying customer. My husband and I were pissed with the quality of service, I wonder if the owner ever checks on this store as I see so many reviews like this on here. It definitely needs new management that is willing to train in customer service. I will NOT be returning and will gladly travel to Hope Mills when I want Coldstone in the future.

Took my family here for the first time, as everyone was eating my husband took hair out of his mouth which resulted in everyone throwing their ice cream away.

Hours posted show closing at 9:30. Arrived at 8:35p and the door was locked with the employees hanging out behind the counter.

The first thing I noticed was that there was water all over the floor, with no hazard sign. There was one girl with pink hair who was running everything in front by herself. There was a bit of a line behind us and we could see and hear two other people in the back yelling and throwing things at each other. Shoutout to the girl with pink hair you deserve better lol

The place is not well taken care of. It took 15 minutes before we were taken care of. There was water all over the floor with no caution sign in site. The workers were cussing and yelling at each other in the back while they made us wait for any kind of service. My fiancé and I had seen people all over the store, but when we walked in they disappeared. As someone who has worked at cold stone before, it was very unprofessional. I do not recommend going to this location if you want good service and good ice cream.

Horrible service. Rude workers. Accused me of having fake coupons even tho they came from corporate that were requested by a higher up manager. Worker called someone which I assume is some type of supervisor or something and they told them not to accept it. The reason I got it was because this store is terrible. I was told I can use the coupons at any location. I only went there tonight because I didn't want to drive to Hope Mills. Hope Mills took my coupons without any issues a previous time. I will make sure I never go to this location ever again. Hope Mills will only get my business for here on out. I hope the owner of this location sees this and knows that your workers need to be trained or replaced. The attitudes and they way they talk to people is horrendous.
