The worst cold stone store I have been experience, bad customer service, unprofessional and unknowledgeable employees. I never come back to this store again
We were the only customers for the first few minutes of being there but the one person helping us was extremely slow while other workers were talking on the side. The line got pretty long before another worker stepped in to help. It was very hot in there and all the tables were dirty. We sat outside to eat our icecream and staff kept throwing boxes out their side door, right next to where we were sitting. Wouldn't come back to this location.
Recently my daughter's bought me an ice cream cake for my birthday and it was so ooo good!!!
I ordered a large cup of ice cream, but the one I received wasn't great. The toppings sprinkled on it were old and needed to be replaced.
They don't give you attention they make you wait and never get your order unless YOU get their attention, their rude, dismissive and one of the worst customer service experiences I've had.
Poor service and bad mood
Was there today may 5 2024 around 12 for the taco ice cream and lady was in the back 🤔 we waited for 5 minutes for her to notice we were there she comes out with a bad mood and we ask for coco taco and she stated that they were not going to have them today even when they had the paper in the doors she just seem like she didn't want to be there
Ordered 4 ice creams online for pickup. Got back to work, opened up the bag, only had 3/4 ice creams. Also, instead of cookie dough they gave us chocolate chips in one of the ice creams. I called the store, a female picked up and said “hello?”. Not even “thanks for calling cold stone how can I help you” ? I told her they forgot my ice cream and screwed one up. She said “huh?”. I repeated myself and she said I could come back and pick it up. I told her I didn’t get off work until 10pm TWICE. She took my phone number and told me she was going to call her owner about a refund and I never heard back. Absolutely ridiculous. How you can mess up this badly is really concerning. Will be calling until I get a refund or will dispute the charge.
It’s been 3 times now that I’ve placed an online order only for them to have not even started preparing the order until showing up at the pickup time! I will absolutely not order from here ever again, having to wait 20 minutes while you prepare my online order NUMEROUS times is unacceptable. And then not offering ANYTHING for the inconvenience is just poor customer service. Oh and don’t worry because in the rush to make the order, ONE OF THEM WAS JUST PLAIN ICE CREAM IN THE WRONG SIZE. Do better.
I went in a week ago and the girl that served me and my husband was just so rude. When we asked if we could try a sample , she rolled her eyes. She also kept asking us the same question over and over about our order and STILL gave us the wrong order. I’m not sure what it is about these employees but they always seem miserable or they completely ignore the customer and are too busy giggling/talking to each other about their personal high school lives.
Poor service. They don't start your online order until you get there 30 minutes later. Then, once I waited about 1 1/2 hrs after the online order was placed and my ice cream was melting. You would think they have a decent freezer for online orders. Wont be going to this location again
