Cold Stone Creamery

Recently, I have been to Cold stone, Dublin, OH location and tried Chocolate devotion, it’s so delicious and addictive. They have other great flavors to try. Also found an interesting section in this location - Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory cookies, chocolates and caramel flavored apples. We tried Apple Pie Apple and Cheese Cake Apple, they are super yummy and my kid loved it. We would visit again to try more.

Ordered a cake for Saturday morning pickup. The cake should have been made on Friday so i could pick it up on Saturday. When I came to pick it up they informed me that they never made the cake and the order was canceled by the system. They also told me it was the second cake of the day to be canceled because they failed to make anything the day before. I never received a notification or any form of communication letting me know the cake was never made.

Ordered cake for birthday and when I came to pickup, it wasn’t ready and giving rude response. Last minute went to Greaters and picked up ready available one for birthday party. I wouldn’t recommend for any parties cake.

Chris is not that guy. We waited in line for 40 minutes and at 9:01 he said he wouldn’t serve us and continued to some naughty words and trashing on a fine educational establishment. Chris “claims” he’s the manager but I don’t know how someone of his scooping caliber could run that joint.

This location never, NEVER has plain chocolate. I am mind blown because every time I would stop by and they were “out”. It’s a basic flavor. You’ll also get a friendly staff person 1/4 times. You never get greeted when you walk in and the staff just stare at you until you decide to speak first. Customer service needs to be addressed at this location.

clean your tables pleeeeease!!

We came here today and they had almost no ice cream, since we had a gift card we decided to get what they did have and then we found a hair in it. Very disappointing!
