Lasan sorry if I spelled your name wrong. This young lady is a gem to this location. Her level of customer service is out of this world. She went above and beyond with her recommendations and was able to satisfy my gf who truly loves cold stones. We visit many locations here in Charlotte but this visit hit different for us both. Thank you again.

If you want some old topping on top of some mid ice cream then this place is for you.

I went in here during a busy time. It took a while to get serviced which is understandable… but the thing that got me was the fact that even though they had two registers open, i had to walk to back to the line to pay for my ice cream. Thats usually not bad when it’s empty in there but while it’s busy that doesn’t make sense. Because then i have to walk through people waiting. The quality of my ice cream wasn’t it, she mixed in sprinkles but then added another scoop on top with no sprinkles mixed in like what.

Bad experience. Get orders wrong and ignore customers. Employees look annoyed and not happy to work there. Very rude.

My favorite location - best service, same delicious flavors

4 people working when my family came in. I was greeted properly. While one was on the register, one appeared to be fulfilling online orders, the other 2 workers moved digitally. Teamwork got us in and out. Great Personality. My service was outstanding.

Drove 25 minutes to get icream they had the door locked 🔐 because she was mopping the floor at 6:15 pm

Gave them one star for lies, the bathroom works perfectly fine. They put this up because they didn’t want to clean the bathroom. I think by law they have to have a bathroom working to be in business. Lines out the door and they think it’s ok to put a fake sign up.

Me and my family love the creation ice cream, I love the Founders favorite and my kids love how they can create the combinations they want

Real nice customer service. Super fast service. People don’t understand how stressful it is to work in a busy fast-food environment. Communication is was on-point. David did a great job giving me updates on my order status and helping me understand rush-times.

We arrived 20 minutes before they closed, only to be told the systems were “down”. Then we found out that was a lie and the girl in there just didn’t want to serve anyone else. While we were there we saw them turn away another family. What a way to run a business, I hope you all missed out on a lot of money due to your workers not wanting to do their job.

Rude people working at this location. Walked in and one girl was extremely rude so me and boyfriend just walked out. Love the ice cream but the customer service makes it not worth it.

Great customer service. Explained the menu very well. Friendly environment. This place is always full but service is timely. Lots of flavors. Location is great. Prices are slightly high but the quality is very well worth it. So many options. Staff is amazing. Always so helpful. Download the app to enjoy perks. I recommend this location. I always return.

Customer service was great but the ice cream itself tasted sour. We had the butter pecan, strawberry cheesecake, cotton candy, and Oreo crème. All tasted weird with a sour taste. My child immediately got sick after eating the ice cream.

The employee with the long curly hair, I believe his name was Oat. Was very rude and disrespectful, he looked like he didn’t wanna be there.He was sloppy and moody and took forever to make my ice cream! They didn't have any ice cream cones and no vanilla flavor ice cream, false advertising
