Not filled all the way. Paid 23 for less than 75%.
I got what I asked for, but was overcharged. Just a simple ice cream with one mix-in, but was charged for the specialty one.
And even that wasn’t ’mixed-in’ very well at all.
Would have tipped you, dude, but you overcharged me $1.20 for ice cream. You gave the store your tip.
I’ve been wanting to check out this location for a while, so I finally went. It wasn’t too busy, however it took forever to get my order. The card reader kept declining my card so I called my bank, the issue was the card reader. I guess they don’t accept Discover. Also, one of the employees was having a few issues and I got the impression she was new as the manager had to keep helping her, but he was polite and so was she. All in all, it’s a one and done for me.
I ordered online with Cold stone. A surprise birthday cake for my God daughter. Well we received the unexpected surprise. The cake was never delivered April 22, 2024. We're still waiting for a birthday cake delivery as of June 25, 2024. Cold stone is waiting to hear back from they're vendor Door Dash. Yes it's showing delivered unfortunately not to my God's daughter address. I even showed door dash communication regarding the delivery. Left on deaf ears. Maybe they'll hear from door dash even though cold stone received the money. Customer retention as well as customer gaining plays a major part in business.

Order a medium they put it in a small container and put the container in a medium to make look like that’s what I got. Order cookie dough and didn’t get that. I called the store to speak to the manger had to call a couple of times to get someone to pick up but when I got a hold of a manager they said I have to request the cookie dough even tho that’s what I ordered and the container was that they probably gave me a medium and put it in a large. I don’t feel this is the case. The manger did not seem worried about my concern at all and made zero effort to make it right. Will not be back at this location this is not the first time we have had an issue.

Came in to get some ice cream to-go. Employees seem aggravated and was speaking about frustration. They never said hi or welcome. Then I was giving my ice cream in a cup over flowing with lids. I tryed to clean it up in front of the Employee, but felt like they should have done it before giving it to me that way. She did say sorry about the mess before sliding it to me... By the time i got to the car it was starting to drip again and made a mess in my car. I just left the wash from having it detailed, Have a little common curiosity for your Customer or better Customer service.
Horrible listening skills from team members and a lot of ingredients aren’t available for majority of the items. It’s ice cream come on … smile.
They had no soap in the bathroom and while I was waiting for them to fill the soap, the male employee used the bathroom and then proceeded behind the counter and started scooping ice cream WITHOUT gloves on or washing his hands!!! The one female employee was trying to find soap and said they ran out of soap for their bathroom. I feel sick to my stomach and will not be back to this location.
The short black lady doesn’t mix well. I do recommend it even after telling her how to do.

Good ice cream and a nice way to end a good day spent with friends.
