Really good ice cream!!!

The cake batter is superb , will definitely be coming back.

Terrible customer service. The poor guy work and there got my order confused I had already walked off by that time he started making ice cream I told him I wasn’t right and the owner said he couldn’t make it again (he gave me sweet cream, and I want a cake batter) after I had already spent eight dollars on one hour ice cream cone. Then, instead of apologizing that she couldn’t make it over, she made it seem like it was my fault and blamed me and said next time you need to make sure . She’s rude I won’t be back. I did end up buying a second ice cream, but I definitely will not be back and will tell my friends not to go to this business.

Service was nice and my ice cream was good perfect in my book

The kids and my husband enjoyed their ice cream, and the staff was nice. We were there 1.5 hours before closing on a Friday night, and they were still nicely stocked. They rigged the waffle bowls into a cup, which seemed weird and was really awkward, but we worked with it. Sometimes, workarounds are needed.

Awful costumer service

I usually like to create my own blend and I love every bit of the ice cream. French vanilla ice cream with almonds, Oreos and golden Oreos, gummies and whipped cream was what I tried this time. Definitely worth the wait and the money

I ordered a "thick" vanilla shake and it was just melted ice cream in a cup with the consistency of a glass of milk.
