Cold Hearted Gelato is a female owned, chef driven gelato shop in the Plaza Midwood neighborhood of Charlotte, NC. Chef Elinn’s (pronounced "e-leen") love for cooking started at a young age. At 11 she decided to be a pastry chef. Every step from there led her to work in some amazing restaurants in New York City, Newport, RI, and Charlotte, NC. The kitchen is where she fell in love with Gelato. Creating flavor combinations is her passion and that is the foundation of gelato; pure flavor.
