CoLab Kitchens is an experimental and virtual culinary hub dedicated to creating contactless culinary experience. Founded as a joint venture between the Riverside Food Lab and Riverside Game Lab, using the minds of creative chefs, small business entrepreneurs, and restaurant operators, to create a culinary experience in Downtown Riverside that yields that same quality food as a sit down restaurant.
