      East african manually brewed coffee with rosewater, and cardamom in honor of the great sufi poet rumi whose words on oneness inspire us. This drink originally appeared with bikecoffee. Artist heather gordon painted binary code of a rumi text (now faded and worn) + two other texts on our front room floor in 2011. They could be read in the visual of the higgs boson particle collision. 12 oz.

      A little waves cold brew coffee steeped with rose petals, cardamom, and vanilla bean. This has been part of our menu going back to bikecoffee days (2011) . Coffea arabica originates in ethiopia spreading first across the red sea to yemen, then over centuries throughout the middle east , where still today varied spices imported via ancient spice routes are a frequent companion to coffee across the region. 20 oz.

The drink's name riffs off the original name and the fact that cocoa cinnamon ond was originally a gas station & garage. First appeared 2013. 20 oz.

      Made with chocolate hazelnut syrup and garnished with malabar black pepper, the windfall latte is a reminder that fall is finally here. The name comes from the belief that it is bad form to pull hazelnuts off of the tree and instead let them fall off by themselves when they are perfectly ripe. It is a celtic belief that hazelnuts are a container of ancient knowledge. It is also believed that eating hazelnuts is purported to induce visions, heighten awareness and lead to epiphanies.12 oz
