COBS Bread Bakery Trinity Wilson

Love this location! Great friendly service. I come every few weeks. Scones are very good as well as the garlic cheddar sour dough loaf. On Friday I picked up some everything but the bagel buns and they were very good however, because they were so fresh some of the buns got flattened. Was hoping to use them for BBQ burgers but they were too squished. Maybe they need to be packaged differently (?) or they’re not meant to use for burgers because of their freshness. I’ll be back though :)

Not all Cobs are the same!! The baked goods at this location are always fresh and delicious and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. The owner Annie is a phenomenal person with an incredible work ethic. I can certainly tell that leading by example is definitely her MO. My family will always be weekly regulars here! Highly recommend!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Disappointed. Showed up when they opened and they didn't even have much of anything available!! Don't bother going early. Burlington location is ready go with lots available when they open and we thought all locations would be like that.

Absolutely amazing! Loved everything I have tried from here. There was a great selection, and alot of variety. The staff were very friendly, and helpful. I will definitely be back. Nice to have such a great bakery in Ancaster!
