  • Year-Round Craft Beers

    • Gentlemen Prefer Blonde Ale

      The first of our year-round beers is also the least hoppy and lightest. This American style blonde ale finishes cleanly and is the style many who are new to craft beer try first. Cascade hops balance the light malts in this refreshing and mild-mannered ale. It is an excellent session beer, with lower alcohol than our other styles, while still remaining a full-bodied craft ale. This beer is certified organic and is perfect anytime, and consistently remains a top seller and is one we consider as a gateway beer to enjoying craft styles!
    • American Amber Ale

      A nicely balanced amber ale pairing Northwest hops with organic barley. This amber ale in no way overwhelms the palate. The smooth base of Cascade hops pairs well with the rich malts used in this classic style. As you can see, this beer is darker than our blonde, but not overly sweet. This amber ale has three boil-hop additions and is not dry-hopped. The use of traditional Munich, Crystal and Vienna malts create a pleasant base to showcase the Northwest hops.
    • NSN IPA

      NSN stands for "Never Say Never". Every brewery has an IPA. For every five craft beers sold in a supermarket, one is an IPA. IPA is by far the most dominant and recognized style out there, which prompted our Brewmaster to say that he would probably never brew an IPA. Hence the name! Our NSN IPA is unlike traditional hop-bomb IPA styles. It is citrusy, crisp, clean and slightly sweet. At only 45 IBU's, it is actually toward the low-end for an IPA, despite the fact that it has over 1.25 pounds of hops per barrel!
    • Fallen Double IPA

      Why make a single IPA when you can make a double year-round? One of the first continually brewed double-IPAs in the USA, this specially crafted ale features Columbus/Tomahawk/Zeus and Cascade additions at four points in the boil, and over the fermentation period two dry-hop additions are utilized. Even with all these hops, we strove to create a balanced and drinkable double IPA. This DIPA finishes cleanly, and has a even-handed citrusy aroma with a faint resinous quality.
    • 9 Grain Porter

      9 different grains are combined in this organic porter, which also includes Columbus, Galena and Mount Hood hops. The silky feel of this porter accentuates the varied chocolate notes, and the creamy head stays put as you drink it. Hints of roasted caramel come through in this balanced ale, and the robust porter style's classic dark color, mild-bitterness and malty flavor are exemplified in this beer.
    • Salted Caramel Stout

      Our darkest year-round ale, the salted caramel stout is not one to pass up. Even people who claim to not like darker beers are amazed at the balanced smoothness and toffee notes of this imperial stout. Mild Golding and Saaz hops are used in the boil for this beer, along with seven different grains. We occasionally offer this on nitro, which only accentuates the smoothness of this ale
    • Seasonal Beers

      At Cloud 9 Brewery we brew 50+ styles per year! Our tiny 4bbl system is always cranking out new and interesting styles, and we typically have between 6 and 10 seasonal/rotating taps on at any given time. Examples of beers that may make an appearance include a honey basil ale, russian imperial stout, barleywines, fresh hop IPAs, Irish Red and Black Lagers, and more!
