$3 for a coffee is a little excessive. Over easy eggs were runny and the avocado toast had very little avocado on it and was to much onions. Eggs were beaded poached And not over easy. Atmosphere was good.

It's Seminole's version of "Cheers" with excellent food and a great friendly atmosphere.
