City Works (Woodfield Mall - Schaumburg)

The food selections i have had so far have all been good. The scorpion burger is truly outstanding if you like spicy hot food. The late night drinks and atmosphere both indoors and outdoors make a great date night spot. The large tap selection is top-notch also, including popular favorites and other well-known craft beer. If you want to turn your night into a mini bar crawl experience, the hotel bar next door is very nice, large, and open to the public, and kumas corner is a brisk walk away as well. If you dressed well enough, you could probably add in capital grille and perry's for drinks also.

Waited for 30 minutes to get served. We told the receptionist twice and she was not nice or accomodating at all. Very disappointed.

There for a work dinner. Service was great. Super friendly and helpful. Larger party and got everything timely.

Stop by here after arriving in town at Ohare airport. The food was good, drinks somewhat watered down. Nice atmosphere.

Was attending a conference at the Hyatt and needed a break from convention food. A colleague and I decided that a cheeseburger would do nicely and wandered over, Place was busy but we were seated quickly and promptly greeted by our server, Pam. She was excellent... attentive without being annoying, friendly without being fake, and a genuine delight. The burger was great as well... juicy and cooked perfectly. The fries were out of this world as well... the spices really added a level of flavor that you don't normally get. It would be easy to say "Oh, that just because it wasn't convention food" but the food really stands out as a cut above normal chain restaurant food. There's also a good beer selection as well. If you find yourself here, go in, and make sure you ask for Pam. She really is an excellent server. The food is pretty dang good too.

Natile R is the best! She made sure our order was right and filled drinks when needed.

Duck Nachos, need I say more. Natalie R deserves a 6th star and a pay raise.

Highly recommend coming here for dinner. Food is generally great and staff are very polite. My only issue is that service is a bit slower even on non busy days. For this visit, I got the salmon and felt it needed to be seasoned a just not more. Our table also order top sirloin and it also needed a just a bit more seasoning. I would without a hesitation come back for dinner. Also, desserts are amazing but will definitely give you diabetes.
