Ciel Social Club is a luxurious penthouse lounge and restaurant atop the modernist AC Hotel Washington DC Convention Center. When you first arrive, the elevator doors open to a beautiful lounge with opulent decor and celestial, nearly 360-degree views of the US Capitol dome, Washington Monument and downtown DC. Executive chef Paul Yellin, a nationally recognized culinary talent profiled extensively by the likes of Forbes and the New York Times, has developed a menu of elevated small plates channeling flavors from around the world. A unique craft cocktail menu by VERSUS beverage director Hank Bowers includes creations such as the Burnt Flowers Fallen, which is finished with Smoked Lavender.
