I've enjoyed Cici's since I was a kid- pizza buffet at amazing prices. Although in general Cici's has a limited number of menu, they cleverly create a lot of variety by having multiple pasta sauces, toppings, and will create just about any pizza or crustless pizza you want. What sets this location apart is the staff. They are SO friendly, fast, and happy to help. My kids thought the small arcade in the back was a bonus.
Walked in at 230 ish and stood there while a guy loading pizza on the buffet ignored us. I finally had to ask him to get a cashier. Then had to dig thru the plates to find a "clean" one every trip to the buff. Step it up in service and quality or lose business.
This location is by far the worst place Cicis in Austin. I brought my kids here Sunday afternoon for lunch and the whole restaurant was trashed. Completely disgusting I asked a few employees why it was so disgusting and they blamed it on the manager and said it was busy and how they were short staffed ♀️ maintaining a CLEAN & SAFE restaurant should be a main concern for the manager & owner. This experience was disappointing.
I love going to Cicis Pizza but this location is one of my least favorite. The pizzas were cold and the options are almost always very limited. The chicken soup is one of my favorites but the last time I went it was oddly sour as if it was spoiled.
Usually visit on a weekday. All is good and yummy. Today, we decided to visit on a Saturday. Big mistake. There were about 30 people there yet only about 3 pizzas on the counter. The staff were standing around drinking their sodas and the ladies that looked to be in charge were sitting in a booth, eating burgers, and looking at cell phones. Finally after several people requested special recipe pizzas, the staff started cooking more. I'll make sure we do not go on a weekend again.
