Church's Texas Chicken

My order sat there for 15 minutes and not being kept warm. The woman at the register was rude and only cared about the men. All women were pushed to the side.

Went to drive thru placed on hold at 1:30 all while the person on speaker took other indoor orders. Yeah I’d never come back to this rude establishment. 1/30/2024

Terrible they take 1 order at a time and do 1 order at a time and what ever they wanna do before they give you your food they will do .. it’s literally a long line only because the old lady’s want it to be there not even tryna give food out they literally are in slow motion cause they wanna be . Soda machine has no flavor now for 2days that I know of it’s a time consuming wait here for no reason when you go here you’ll see what I mean by no reason the food good tho just not the service or the drinks for that matter

Customer service good, but they dint told e they run out of biscuits until i got home n realize no buiscuits, the phone was not working when i drive all the to churches tgey said it will take 9 minutes, i waited n waited,

Drive through window is never open their machine works and the window does to they made me get off and order it’s always dirty inside and chicken was raw

It’s a dirty interior with majority mexicans it was .wet. today from rain I guess why still won’t come .back. I waited 40 minutes for fresh chicken she served the mexican that I was in line first and gave me all old chicken but two legs. I will report my card to the fraud department. Filth. And they just dropped new chicken and watched and magically served me all old chicken. Dirty dirty people. I have chase and the fraud department is good with this. I wish I would have checked the review 2.6 what the hell?

We should have checked our order before we left was missing a meal

Got turned down chicken because the cooks didn’t want to make any.

@3pm _ cashier was nice idk what other ppl reviews was not good but mine chicken was hot and flavorful
