Love the service and low cost meals Im not going to Chuck for a gastronomical miracle but fill my belly

I ordered the chicken parm pasta. It was actually very good considering it is not coming from an Italian restaurant. The service was a bit slow but it is understandable since I was in a group with 20-30 people. The restaurant looked pretty good and the bathrooms were not sketchy like the thirsty cactus. (The thirsty cactus is a pub in Dundas). Overall, the restaurant was an amazingly good experience and if I ever come back to Niagara Falls, I will be sure to come here again.

The food was VEREY good.

Burger was cold and dry. I asked for mayo and I was told I’d be charged. When I told server it was the worst burger I ever had there was no apology. Never again. Lots of kids making lots of noise. March break. Went to Hooters across the street and was served the best burger & fries for $2 less. See pic of theirs. Good thing I didn’t take pic of what you gave me. Open face, sloppy, dry lettuce and no mayo. Fries were better and hamburger was fresh, moist and hot! I have 2 left over mayo packets. Want them? I just realized this is a different location. My apologies. I went to the one in Niagara Falls, ON Canada

2024: Service is still great, but the food took a step back a bit. Calamari tasted a bit fishy. Ribs and chicken were good. Ribeye’s unfortunately had to be sent back. I still like this place, and I’ll try them again next time we’re in the area. 2022: Service is still fantastic and the food tasty. I enjoy coming here! 2019: Can't comprehend how they can offer such great AAA steak at such amazing prices! Their Martinis are $4...$7.75 for Grey Goose. Can't get any better deal anywhere. The NY Striploin steak was perfectly cooked, and so was the lobster tail. All for the amazing price of $26!! The service was super friendly and the food came out on time. I can't say enough about this place but you MUST try it out!!

I'm a somewhat regular customer at this Chuck's (realistically, I'm only there for the appetizers after 9pm deal). Appetizers are okay, I recommend the chicken wings (preferably honey garlic), mozzarella sticks are really good too but there's only like 6 sticks. Service there is alright. On it's bad days, it's quite concerning (clumsy prep of food, somewhat lazy staff, but not all of them obviously), but usually it's always a chill bar vibe there. Amanda and Valerie are the GOATS, no diff. Overall, if there's a good game on the TVs, the crowd's hype as hell. Do NOT, listen to a guy like Glendale Gabriel. Parking: Parking may seem full but it's really no concern; you'll find a spot.
