Chuck's Roadhouse Bar & Grill

Had a cheese burger and fries. The burger was good and the fries were crispy, the way I like them. Service was exceptional. Definitely would go back.

Sat down for a couple of pints. Didn't feel it. It was my first time in this location. We have a location near home. I guess you have to be a regular to feel welcome

Chuck's is always a solid choice, it's the best quality per $ you can spend while going out for dinner, if you aren't sure what you want for dinner, Chuck's is always a safe and affordable choice. Update: quality has gone downhill, gave it quite a few more visits to see if the issues experienced were one offs but they weren't; The hamburgers are always overcooked dry pucks now and the fries are tough, literally always tough, like they've been sitting under heat lamps for hours. This used to be my go to place for a simple sit down dinner, not so much anymore. Parking: Shared parking lot, less choice by the door but plenty right next door. Kid-friendliness: Great place to let your kids try adult portions that won't break the bank. Wheelchair accessibility: This location is wheelchair accessible.

Food was good and our waitress was very nice. But that’s where the good ends. Hostess was awful. Our table was freezing cold and right by the kitchen door and path to the bathroom. So a constant stream of people. Couldn’t watch the hockey game as the tvs aren’t visible. Manager was rude. Completely ridiculous.

We came in on a quiet Sunday morning with a group of 20 and the manager didn’t want to seat us. She seemed very cranky and your restaurant lost a lot of business today.

My sister and I had lunch here today and it was not a great experience. We weren’t greeted at the door or seated. We grabbed our own menus and picked a booth. The service was … laid back. We had to ask for utensils and a couple things were offered then forgotten about. The food was bland and dry and near the end of the meal a cockroach walked across the wall beside our table then ducked back into the wall behind the metal sheets.
