Chuck E. Cheese

I haven’t been to a Chuck E. Cheese since a kid. Decided to take my toddler here tonight to burn some energy off. I was highly impressed. It was very clean. A lot of times kids places can be a disaster but this Chuck E. Cheese is nice. Everything looks new, the games, the seating, they have a fun trampoline area for those under 52”. Bathrooms were well maintained and trash cleared out timely. Staff was friendly and helpful, all the parents friendly, kids played well together. The pizza was fresh. It’s pricey so it won’t be able to be a weekly outing but for every now and then or special occasions this location is great.

My son loved the small rides

Exceptional customer service tonight. We did a walk-in party for my sons 5th birthday, he specifically asked to go see Chuck E. They were short of staff and I overheard an employee say they weren’t bringing him back out tonight. But I asked if they could do one quick appearance for my sons birthday. Within 15 minutes they had Chuck E. Cheese come out to dance with him and other kids. He left with the biggest smile on his face, saying “mommy I had such a fun time.” . I truly appreciate the team that helped my family and I tonight. The food was also delicious. Thank you for making his 5th birthday special. S.N: the improvements and new the attractions made it even more enjoyable. My kids loved the new trampoline area. My husband and I loved how we were able to relax while the employees made sure the kids were jumping and playing safe. Overall, this was a 10/10 experience. We prefer this location over others because of the toddler friendly section being separated from big kids. Very neat and clean.

To expensive for eating out

Several of the games didn't work and the cards were having issues as well.

It was great time for my daughter but I miss the chuckle cheese with the play place like McDonald's used to have.

After running through $30 worth of points, winning tickets as effectively as possible, we made out with little more than enough to exchange for a rubber trinket that wouldn't be worth paying a single red cent for. Don't take your kid in here, they'll exploit you using your kids enthusiasm. It's a racket, and the games are basically just teaching your kid to gamble. Hard pass.
