Service needs more people to help! Kid-friendliness: A lot of game rides and things to do but some of the game was broken and could not play

Great place for a kids party.

I went here Sunday with my family. I had gotten a coupon online redeemable for 1000 tickets with a purchase of 60 mins of game time. Upon walking in I had asked the guy checking people in where I could redeem my coupon he said please pay for a new card with 60 mins and redeem at the end. So we played until our minutes were up. At the end I went to redeem the tickets like he told me too and the associate checking out stated this was supposed to be done at the beginning. We politely told her that we were told differently and she stated that there was nothing we can do. We then asked for a manager which told us that employee was new and he didn't know the policy but refused to do anything for us for his mistake and they said there was nothing they could do. Unfortunately this isn't a way a business should run in my opinion and we will not be returning.

They have completely changed this location its really clean and some cool add on things are the screen on the floor that reacts to who walks on it had chucky all dressed up and on the floor great place take yr family there for a party i did and will again Kid-friendliness: Great place for kids

Nice. A friend rented it for her 2yr old. Had a nice package without clean up. They cleaned as we walked out. Nice for the children and games also included with package.
