Chubb's Smokehouse

First time coming. Atmosphere was decent. Pic shows what I got--brisket sandwich with Mac and cheese. A non-alcoholic drink is $4...yes $4. My meal was $15-20 and this is how it came out. Bathroom floor was super sticky and the toilet handle was broken. I expect to find that in a cheap restaurant. After tip, I paid close to $30. Probably won't go back, but everyone seemed happy. Parking: Parking is across the road in public parking. Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly atmosphere, but there's a bar if that bothers you.

Ordered pork nachos. Small portion of pulled pork for the amount of chips given. Asked for enough meat for the chips. They said they would have to charge me extra!! Nachos already $14 ‍♂️ ‍♂️

Servers were super friendly and welcoming. Food was average.

I had a bad experience the 1st time there. I have been back severaä times since and the food is ok. Nothing really Stands out. On a different note it is one of the nicer establishments in Gallatin.

Husband wanted ribs, so thought we would try Chubb's. Very bad choice! Ran out of ribs on Wednesday, won't get any until Monday. We chose the pulled pork, and I tried the speciality drink BlueBerry breeze. Took 15 minutes to make with only 10 other people in the place. And think half the ingredients were left out. Another 20 minutes our order arrived. The pork wasn't even warm and the deviled egg potatoes salad was nasty. The corn cake had a possibility of being good if only it had been warm. We had pre-ordered the fried caramel pie, the waitress said they didn't have the ice cream that's supposed to go with it. We said, no problem we have some at home. Our last mistake. I think it was a poptart, covered with dough and deep fried, no caramel, no chocolate, again nasty. Skip this place and spend your 50$ at Cherokee steak house.

Waitress was all alone, wasn't super busy, but there were a few customers... Got my order wrong, waited almost 20-30 minutes after I told her before she returned to our table... I had picked at the food and had eaten some of the sides... No discount or refund, because I ate... Said it was policy... I was hungry... Left that way too... Food was okay...

Loved the food but unfortunately they have closed their doors.

Site says closed and Facebook days permanently closed yet they sponsored compound for the football team. Talk about a scam!
