Chopt Creative Salad Co.

I haven't been here since they moved the salad makers into a separate kitchen. What a bad move. It's disappointing how small the portions have become too.... Check out the picture of the "Chopt" salad.

very disappointed in this chopt location . You order on a screen so there is really no service, but the quality is terrible. this is the second time I got a salad that was incorrect. Today i ordered the harvest salad and it was missing ingredients, but had a whole log of goat cheese. i love goat cheese, but prefer crumbles on my salad, and i would have enjoyed the cranberries, nuts. and other ingredients that were supposed to come with this salad over the excessive amount of cheese. -- Next door is for five roasting coffee and they make amazing salads! Same price, but better ingredients and more protein. I wont be returning to this chopt

I’m pleasantly surprised with the quantity and quality of the food for the value here. The salads are huge. I’d definitely come here again!

Been out of country for a year. Been craving some Chopt.....especially the spicier Sonoma!

Tasty, quick and healthy. A good change from usual fast food. Salads were ready in about 6 minutes.

The food is still decent but since they have changed the ordering model it’s terrible service. I actually enjoyed seeing my food made in front of me and not through a whole in the wall and a pickup shelf. This contactless ordering is just *sigh not what I expected the future of food service to be. I feel like this is done to cut labor costs not because they actually want to improve service. Less people in the building more money in corporate pockets.

Ugly customer service .

The food is good but the employees are slow to make food and have an attitude. I waited 10 extra minutes after I got my text that the food was ready for the employee to bag my salad and put it on the shelf. When I asked if the food was ready the response was “I didn’t put it up yet” I’m not tipping for you to make a salad when there’s a sweetgreen across the street that makes the same dish faster, friendlier, and without the option to tip.

Very expensive, impersonal cold atmosphere, and inadequate staffing that results in long wait times. The shift to automated ordering and no contact with the salad makers results in orders not accurately executed. No human contact ... no thanks.
