My wife and I ate there recently. We stood in the front of the restaurant for about 10 minutes and nobody said "Hello" or "Just one second, be right with you". We finally get seated, waited about 10 more minutes before our server came up to us and asked us what we wanted. Once we placed our order, we realized we never asked for drinks. It took us about 5-10 minutes to receive the drinks. We finally got our food and the fried rice was bland. The Chicken and Broccoli was ok. It had good flavor but that's the only thing saving them from a 1 star on this review. Other people wrote similar reviews about this place and all of them are true. I will most likely not be dining here again. I am not sure why the casino allows this type of place to be in their casino? Get rid of this place and put something else there instead.
Last night my husband and I ate at chopsticks. It was the worst food I ever had. tasted like they poured salt on it. the service was horrible. never came bad to ask us if we needed anything. I would never recommend this restaurant.
The food is horrible very salty and no taste whatsoever the service was just as bad don't waste your money
Plastic in food and service is really bad. They didn’t say sorry and do nothing for this issue. This place is the most horrible restaurant in my life.
Racist, rude, slow service, terrible food
The food was extremely overpriced priced. I ordered orange beef and chicken & broccoli and the total was $61. There was no seating offered. I open the small container of white rice and there was plastic incorporated in the white rice. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
Like so many others who have written reviews for this place, I too had a horrible dining experience. My wife, her sister, Aunt and I visited on a Monday evening for dinner. We were seated and given menus. It took a while for a server to come over to take our order but, he hardly spoke any English and was unable to answer our questions about the menu items. We asked if there was another server who might be able to explain the food we were interested in more clearly. We were not rude to this person but, needed to be able to communicate with the server better. About 5 minutes later another server came by and did speak better English; still not great but, better. We placed our order and waited for the food to arrive. We were never asked if we wanted to order any drinks, weren't given silverware; etc. We did notice that the Asian customers were treated much nicer than non-Asian customers. At first I thought it was our imagination but, after sitting there for a while waiting for our food it became very apparent. The food finally arrived; again no offer to take a drink order. No one ever stopped back to see if we needed anything, like the meal; etc. We had to flag a server down to get the check and, when it was brought, it was practically thrown at my wife's Aunt. Normally we are very good tippers as my wife works as a server at one of the casinos in Atlantic City but, for this meal and the poor service we received, we tipped the bare minimum. On the way out my wife told the host about our displeasure with how we were treated and he couldn't have cared less. Since the restaurants in the casino lease the spaces in most casinos, if I was in charge of lease renewals for the property I would not renew their lease. I would not want an establishment in my casino that had so many bad reviews from unhappy diners. I would never recommend this place and will never return.
Very mediocre restaurant. The staff is rude from the minute I get to the host stand to the point of walking out. The menu is very limited and over priced, that includes the drinks. Our waiter took forever even though it was not a busy night. Our appetizer took forever and when we ordered our main courses my dates and mine came out at different times almost 10 minutes apart. We never got the water glasses we asked for and were given an attitude she. We tried to explain to the runner it was not our food he kept insisting on dropping off at our table. I would definitely skip this one if you plan to dine at the casino.
