In the heart of Rwanda, nestled amidst rolling hills adorned with emerald greenery, our eyes trace the contours of the land. The hills seem to hold secrets of generations past, whispers of resilience and strength passed down through time; they hold the soil that grows some of the finest coffee one can drink. This coffee, from the Horizon plantation in the south of Rwanda, is our first collaboration with Mama Mountain coffee importers, a local venture founded by one of our first customers and his wife. It is a privilege to partner with friends who are committed to sourcing ethical, sustainable coffee in this beautiful, vibrant nation. We have roasted this one to accentuate the fruit and floral notes in this particular lot. Lemon and grape give way to a light floral finish. \n\n12 oz.

In the time before being discovered as a tropical paradise for residents and vacationers alike, Southwest Florida was a land of swamps and cattle trails. This bold, dark roast features our latest seasonal offerings from Brazil and Kenya and is named for Punta Rassa, once a port for cattle barons and now the gateway to the beautiful beaches of Sanibel and Captiva. Full bodied, with notes of dark chocolate, cinnamon, and molasses. 12 oz.

The Sunshine Blend consists of seasonal coffees from Africa and Latin America. Lightly roasted to allow the flavor notes of lemon zest and graham cracker to shine through. This one has a bright acidity, like biting into an apple, and a clean finish. 12 oz.

Our holiday season may consist of sandy beaches and balmy temperatures, but that doesn’t make us any less festive. This coffee is a tribute to those memorable flavors of the season- dried fruits, candied nuts, and our own tropical note on the finish. In 2003, a young couple moved 1500 miles to Fort Myers with the dream of bringing great coffee and exceptional service to our community. Our first location opened the following year, and over the past 20 years, we have remained true to that original vision. This blend is the product of our desire to offer coffees you can be proud to enjoy. We have established genuine relationships with the importers and farmers who provide these delicious coffees to us. We roast them with care in our local roast house to provide you with the freshest coffee possible. Our baristas prepare it with intention in a relaxed space for all to enjoy. We are grateful to everyone who has supported us over our first two decades, and look forward to continuing to build our legacy for many years to come.

Named for the location of our roast house, minutes from the Gulf of Mexico along Florida’s Suncoast, the Coastal Blend is a well rounded coffee great on its own or paired with milk. This blend consists of a washed Guatemala and pulp natural processed Brazil. Notes of citrus up front, followed by cocoa and a sweet, brown sugar finish. 12 oz.

Fénix is both an expression of solidarity and a tribute to the classic profiles loved by connoisseurs of Guatemalan coffee. Fénix is named for the immortal birds of mythology, a symbol of the ability of Guatemalan farmers to overcome the many adversities that have been common to this country, including civil wars and natural disasters. For the small farms of Nuevo Oriente, there is strength in numbers, and the team at Onyx Coffee, our importing partners in Guatemala, has created this blend of local growers and cooperatives specifically to replicate the flavors we love in a washed Guatemalan: chocolate, orange, and a smoothie creaminess. This is a coffee to enjoy black or in your favorite milk-based drinks; it is one to savor and come back to again. \n\n12 oz.

We’re back with another fantastic coffee from our importing friends at Bean Belt Coffees. This natural processed coffee from Raul Assunção Pinto’s Moinho farm, features bourbon and catigua varietals that deliver a delicate caramel sweetness up front and a smooth nutty finish. We roast this coffee a little darker to accentuate the inherent cocoa and brown sugar flavors we love in traditional Brazilian coffees. Our partnership with Bean Belt Coffees highlights our commitment to ethical sourcing, with a transparent process that assures financial and environmental sustainability along the entire supply chain. We are proud to collaborate again with Jamii Coffee to offer another wonderful coffee from Kenya. The Igegania cooperative is named for the Kikuyu word for “wonders” and speaks to the opportunity for development offered to the community by farming and exporting speciality grade coffee. Small-scale farmers combine their lots of arabicas at the shared wet mill, where the best beans are sorted and combined for export. This season’s crop exhibits the brightness and complexity of traditionally well balanced Kenyan coffee. Deep blackberry notes up front are followed by lighter citrus and a delicate sweetness that lingers on the finish. This is a coffee that an be enjoyed hot or cold, in a variety of brew methods.\n\n12 oz.
