Ice cream was delicious and the service was great they had a big smile. Had a great family time

I'll repeate what someone else said, its weird how people are in the back and like, 1 person comes out, you have an awkward interaction, and then thats it. Idk. Also, something about the texture of the icecream is a bit... off? Idk how else to put it other than the icecream seems sticky? Kind of all around a bit weird. Ill deal with it tho if I want icecream and im in the area (hence a 4).

This location I have been to 3 times and have never had a good experience. The service is poor and the amount of ice cream is hardly a serving, especially with the price. I will stick to Fordem Ave location or Culver’s.

This ice cream was pretty good. There are a lot of flavor options and lots of different cones as well. The flavors also switch every once and awhile. Overall pretty good.

It truly pains me to leave a low review for this Madison icon. But every time I go here staff is all hiding in back. They emerge with near zero customer service skills. Like it would hurt them if they smiled and thank you for your business. Portion control is nearly non-existent. I ordered a double scoop, my son ordered a single. Because my ice cream was hard to scoop I got about the same amount as my son. Prices are borderline ridiculous. I am willing to pay only because I am loyal to the brand. But plan on $8 per person or more with tip. This is a great example of growing a company too much where quality control and standards are lost. Still amazing ice cream...but don't expect the famous service or prices.
