Chök The Chocolate Kitchen

I went there today on sunday afternoon. I wish I could put more stars but overall the experience was uncomfortable. The lady serving was complaining about her renting situation with a friend which I think it affected how me and my companion were treated with much unnecessary rudeness by her. We bought the pistachio cronut and it tasted stale and it was definitely not fresh. The dessert presentation looks pretty and the store from outside looks appealing but given my first experience with Chok, I don't want come back.

Good products, rude service (and I was the only customer in the shop, so lack of time is not an excuse).

Pedimos 2 minipasteles de chocolate, y fue decepcionante, teníamos ganas de probar una buena tarta de chocolate pero no tenía intensidad y la masa estaba seca.

I went this afternoon for a mother's day gift. The asian girl was very kind to explain to me every ingredient and product which was very helpful. The service was excellent as she knew every product and was able to help me choose. What a valuable employee with the patience to help.

Excelente atención de las chicas, respondieron mis dudas sobre los alergenos amablemente. Compré una minitarta para mi madre y le ha encantado, muy sabrosa!! También me decidí por una berlina de pistacho y debo decir que estaba un poco dulce pero igual repetiría. Precios algo elevados pero los productos lo valen

One cronut, one cheesecake and two coffees 20 euros! The cronut was very dry and not fresh, the cream was so old that had a crust around. The cheesecake was not that bad, but for sure NOT the quality of a 8,50 Euros pastry! Overall, a low quality, extremely overpriced and not fresh pastry place.

El café...caro, carisimo para la calidad que ponen y encima en baso de papel, ni si quiera, aunque te lo tomes ahí, una taza!!! La repostería, aunque también algo cara, si es variada, rica y bonita.
