Not very well run. No cheese, no fajita veggies, and no chips at 6:30pm on a Friday. The register still capable of charging full price.
Waited in line while there were around 7 employees just walking around without us getting attended. They clearly saw us and we still didn’t get attended. WORST EXPERIENCE AT THIS LOCATION. What’s the point of going into work to just stand there and not attend clients?
I just don’t get why this certain one is always inconsistent. It’s always a hit or miss depending on the day.
Everything was fine, or as it should be at a fast food restaurant... Ex a young girl had a disgusting attitude, even coming around the corner near the beverages huffing & puffing and literally screamed something I couldn't understand.. These young kids being the face front for these businesses not being checked or managed is getting out of hand..
Food quality has struggled recently, particularly the steak. What once was very juicy, flavorful, and well seasoned is now something very different. I've heard that the chain now uses sous vide to either partially or completely cook the steak, so that it's more consistent. Well now it's consistently meh flavored. I'd rather wait, and have my steak cooked to order, or order something different altogether. It just seems like Chipotle just doesn't care about the products they sell as much as they used to, and unsurprisingly, we find ourselves desiring it less frequently. It sucks, because when you're there on a day where everything is well cooked, it makes your day. But when it's not, I feels like $40 fell out of your pocket and blew away. I don't know how they rekindle the magic, but I know I'm not the only one that feels this way.
Ordered a Quesadilla but when I bit into it I realized it had no cheese. Then I thought maybe they just put the cheese deeper. So I opened it up and to my surprise there was actually no cheese.
