Chipotle Mexican Grill

Tonight I stopped in for a bowl with chicken, and asked for no rice but plenty of veggies. The portion was pretty disappointing. I received a meager portion of fajita veggies and lettuce—maybe four pieces in total. The cheese was also sparse, hardly noticeable in the mix. Additionally, the atmosphere was a bit chaotic, with workers seeming unsure of themselves. While it's understandable that they may be young and still learning, it did impact the overall experience. Hopefully, Chipotle can improve consistency in portion sizes and provide better training for their staff to ensure a more enjoyable dining experience for customers.

Crispy taco was soggy and filled almost entirely with peppers and guacamole and lacked flavor. The burrito bowl entirely sucked with the exception that the black beans were at least tasty. I could make these items myself 20x better.

This location DOES NOT accept phone calls. I wanted to call to ask 1 simple question that the AI “genius” over the phone won’t help me with. No matter what I say, the call will not be transferred to the restaurant. Not being able to speak with HUMAN at a restaurant is very disturbing.

Very poor customer service. Out of the 5 people working, only 1 was actually helping customers while being very overwhelmed. Mediocre at best. Go to East York and have a better experience.

This location is consistently disappointing. The food trays are dirty, ingredients are constantly unavailable, staff is extremely slow, and it seems like there is absolutely no team work. I always see a team member struggling to keep up on the line, while 2-3 others are chatting or standing around the background. Whoever is managing this location as of the last 2-3 months needs to go.

This place Needs a new manager that knows how to properly train and guide their staff, just a bunch of clueless kids running this place. Get a grip Chipotle!!!

I don’t usually post negative reviews but the place was filthy, no clean tables, the drink area was a mess, they were out of multiple drinks, they were out of sour cream, guac, chips, lettuce and almost out of cheese. Literally the only things they had were meat and rice. What a waste of money and time. I stood in line for 20 minutes and it seemed as employees were untrained on their stations and extremely inefficient at running Chipotle. This wasn’t as bad before but there must be new management…
