Ordered Takeout with work. We order from this Chipotle at least once a week. Usually it’s very good! I ordered a salad bowl with Chicken Al pastor, sour cream, and cheese. I wish I took a photo because the bowl had less than 4 shreds of lettuce!! The bowl was filled below halfway of the bottom bowl and it was also filled with liquid. Yuck!
I’ve been going to Chipotle for years and recently over the last year I won’t go in there again. The rice is under cooked and crunchy or hard, the steak and chicken is overcooked with zero flavor. This place used to be my go to every time I was close by. So many bad experiences. The employees have always been nice, managers don’t care. It’s not only this store, seems all of stores just don’t care anymore, you pay that much for lunch, just make it correctly.
The girl that was working at 1:40 female needs to be fired. She looks Mexican but she was rude as hell and messed up my burrito I also had to tell her about herself. Nobody should have to deal with rude customer service period.
I love this chipotle , always so clean and have the best service . Andrea at the register was the sweetest person ever !!
Disappointed in this establishment. Small portions and Unsanitary. We will stay away from this establishment, also will tell other friends and family we will not support this store. Rude, disrespectful, and disregarding. One woman with a neck tattoo, just stared at me while I was saying hello and asking if there were any good deals, she didn't say anything and walked away! My wife and I were baffled but as adults we respectfully waited 5 extra minutes for someone to ask us if we needed help.
This is the Oleander location. I don’t have a google account so I’m writing this review on my wife’s account. We are both vegetarians and TWICE we have found meat in our VEGETARIAN orders. I spoke with the general manager, Josie Martinez who gave me 2 options: Refund with a receipt or Have it remade for free I am not satisfied with either option. First, who keeps their receipt on a regular basis when you would think you’re getting what you ordered? And who would want to take a chance the third time to getting the order right? Being a vegetarian and giving meat in an order is a serious matter. This restaurant instead of focusing on customer satisfaction refused to give a refund even when asked based on policy and not based on what is ethically right! They have just lost 2 customers.
