Charged me for extra steak when I did not ask for extra steak. The portion size was not that much. The employee who was on the cold side seemed like she had an attitude and did not want to be there
I already love Chipotle, but of course sometimes the service/quality can be hit or miss at some locations and different shifts. Today, however, I just wanted to highlight the exceptional experience I had at the Mayfaire location. From the first gentleman to scoop my rice to the gal who handled my toppings to the ladies at the checkout, each individual was a friendly encounter that made my walk down the line just absolutely lovely! They complimented my "Do More Of What Makes You Happy" t-shirt and the whole staff were just total mood boosters, and I want to recognize their positive attitudes and thank them for a wonderful lunch :) *side note, the salad vinaigrette was EXCELLENT, the white rice was perfectly limed, and the chips had gracious salt coverage. My chicken was charred to perfection - not overly fatty or poorly cut like some other places, and the corn salsa was not swimming in jalapeños like it sometimes is. I'll definitely be back to this location soon, keep doing what you're doing Mayfaire Crew!
This chipotle is horrible. They made the burritos half the size of burritos from other chipotles. Rice was hard and tortilla was stale. Food did not taste fresh at all. We go to other chipotles all the time and we love them. Have never had chipotle food be this bad. Very disappointed.

I have been to this location three times. Every time I have gone, it has been great, except for the tortillas. Every time I've ordered a burrito, parts of the tortilla were cold and almost frozen.
Just Don’t Order for Pickup and You’ll be OK. Despite approximately ten people being staffed, this store only has one employee working on all pickup orders, including all doordash orders. You will wait a LONG time if you order in advance for pickup. On a Friday night, you will see 6 people standing frustrated, waiting for their orders they placed in advance, while others in line go right past them with their food. Parking: It’s bad on a Friday or Saturday night due to all the doordash cars waiting for one employee to make all their orders.
Tried to call about an order, but thier automated system would not let me through to a real person. I understand the need for those systems, but sometimes you need to speak to a real person
