Probably the worst chipotle out there in all of middlesex. The food was mediocre, chicken was poorly seasoned, rice was frozen cold. service was the worst I’ve ever gotten. I honestly wish there was a negative review option because of how bad it was. the employee serving the food had his hat down and did not look up whatsoever, not even to ask what I wanted and also put 1/4 the amount of chicken that’s supposed to be in the bowl.

Imagine tipping to have to return to the store twice in one order, first time got chips with no guac. Second time I ordered a steak bowl and it had no steak in it. Manager’s attitude was also nonchalant. 0 stars …

Nice and clean. Always comfort food. Located next to Panera Bread in waltham plaza. Service was quick and great. Plenty or seating area.
