Chipotle Mexican Grill

The staff is really good and always gives generous portions of food. This is one of my favorite Chipotle to visit

We had to verify the food 3 times and they still gave us the wrong food and it was gross. Never coming here again

The Chipotle's in Stafford are not consistent and who the heck is making the honey chipotle vinaigrette dressing? It's DISGUSTING now! Tastes like oil and salt. It's clear and no flavor when it should be a deep orange-ish color. Fix the dressing. Have one person making it and change out the rice out because there's too many hard pieces in it. SMH

This chipotle used to be much better. The food doesn't taste as fresh. Ordering Door Dash is a big no-no, too. Last, the honey chipotle vinaigrette dressing here is really bad now. It tastes like whomever is making it doesn't even follow the recipe. It changed drastically to the point it tastes like just oil. Devastating as I can only eat the bowl with the dressing. Also, why is the hot sauce SUPER hot now?

They run out of food everytime I come. It’s 7pm & they have no dressing, limes,chips, or tobasco. Cool, I run to target to get limes & tobasco. I get all the way home to find out the bag has my name on it, but the bowls are NOT MINE!!! This was a pick up order.I go all the way back up there & nicely state that my order is wrong. No sympathy, no apology, just “oh you have the wrong order ok let me see”. No accommodations or anything for the waste of my time PLUS I had to go to target to get items they didn’t have at this early time!!! I understand mistakes happen but what happened to good customer service at these times?? Safe to say I declined any food & got a refund. I cannot wait to spend my little $31 at the new chipotle location near Publix. Praying for a good experience & service. This location will never get my money ever again

My ladyfriend wanted Chipotle spontaneously and they came through in the clutch. ❤️

Minimal butts, good butts, but minimal

First of all, if i could give 0 stars i would. This is why you SHOULD'NT order food at this location. Me and my friend ordered a steak bowl from this Chipotle a few months ago and everything looked fine and tasted fine until I was about half way done with my bowl I noticed multiple strands of hair and it made me want to throw up all the food and then my friend found a dead fly at the bottom of her bowl. absolutely disgusting, And it's like the workers here don't even wanna work, they're super lazy and rude. Ever since then I've been going to the Chipotle near Publix, they are way more nicer and sanitary then this location.
