Chipotle Mexican Grill

I ordered a burrito with extra meat $19.45. It was the worst burrito I ever had. The meat was ice cold and the taste was horrible. The guacamole and chips were awesome.

I ordered a chicken bowl tonight around 7:35pm and a side of queso. The boy on protein and the pepper / queso station ( he was tall and had shaggy brown hair over his eyes) had dropped peppers into the queso which was at the bottom of the queso container. I had asked for queso, and he continued to put the clumps of peppers into a ramekin as if I had not noticed. As I expressed my disappointment, he began to attempt to pick the peppers out of the ramekin.. after several attempts, he asked if I would like a new queso to which I had originally asked for. He then gave me a fresh queso and placed the other one with a closed lid to the side. My boyfriend was next in line and had asked for a queso as well. He then proceeded to give him the queso he knew had clumpy peppers in it. He thought he was being sly and that I did not see him slid it into our bag. Please ensure you educate this kid on the providing better customer awareness and service. We are very disappointed in his poor decision making when it would have taken him 2 seconds to fill a new queso.

We always try to do mobile orders for convenience BUT,,, every single time we pick up our food our food and chips are stacked on top of each other. By the time we get home our LARGE chips which only equals out to be a small are crushed and our food is smashed! Lame chipotle! Do better! What if this was your god after a long hard day at work?!?!?
