Chipotle Mexican Grill

I used to like coming here, but today was the last day. Portions have been getting smaller. I ordered a bowl today and felt the servings wasn't there. I told them my bowl looked empty and they just looked at me confused. So I respectfully said I didn't want it anymore and left. The guy in front of me also requested more food on his item. *Update: I decided to come back. Portions were normal again. It was only fair to give an updated follow up. Guacamole fresh as always.

I watched my finished bowl sit on the counter for 5 minutes while a shift change occurred. Not sure why they couldn't put a lid on it and bag it. Food was solid. Wheelchair accessibility: Easy ramps and power doors, perfect accessibility.

I’m not quite sure as to which manager in their right mind would actually decide to hire the two young men that are working at the restaurant right now 7:30pm February 14th. I went in on a Valentine’s date night to see a movie with my wife and just simply wanted to get a burrito. I’ve begun to attempt to order politely and one of the little entitled kids shrugged me off and walked away. Another employee around the same age said we are closed. Then a different employee tried to help me and the other kid just said “nah bruh we are closed” even though they don’t close until 9pm and still had all the food out. I have worked in restaurants before I understand that it might be nice to close up shop a little early but have some manners and respect. I feel completely disrespected by those by the way totally ghetto classless individuals spoke to me. Thanks for running my night.

Today the food didn't look good the lettuce was old and getting brown the rice not good either and all cold

We've ordered here maybe 7 times via instacart (~$70 each time, same thing each time for 2 meals and chips) and they have included the vinagetette once; this last time the steak was mostly all fat pieces and was not edible. Not happy with the quality of the food.

Ordered mobile at 1:02p with 'promised' time 1:10p, wasn't ready until 1:24p. I got to the mall and waited 10 more min. They kept prioritizing people in line, I should've stood there to have one of the staff finish mine. They didn't finish it until the line rush was gone. Shouldn't be that way, someone should be dedicated to mobile order. Quicker to just not order ahead or just don't go to Chipotle at all tbh. This was the 1st time I went this yr, so maybe it's not always like this.

Absolute trash. STAY AWAY from this place. It's at the back of a mall, super far from the front parking lot. The mall is nearly dead. Super shade ball people that wreak of weed inside. Staff wasn't interested at all in getting orders in. One local pothead took 5 minutes to order a burrito bowl, while the rest of the staff stirred day old food around in bins. Nasty.

My boss sent me to pick up their order, online it said it was going to be ready by 11:40 AM. When I got there a few minutes after 11:40, I asked for the status of the order and the guy brushed me off and just said “it’s gonna be a while” and then walked away. I walked back up to him and asked “so do you have an approximate time or…?” and he brushed me off again, incredibly rude. When I asked why did the online order say it was ready at 11:40 he said the website lies to you.

15 minutes for 4 customer why is it so slow here? why do they work three times faster in the center of San Francisco? So slow. Not acceptable for chipotle. the taste is good as always, no complaints about it.
