Chipotle Mexican Grill

Don’t get my wrong, I LOVE Chipotle but this past week of service, atmosphere and food just been terrible. They don’t have most the popular items on menu for a week now. Lady In there had headphones in while customers are trying to speak to her, she had the most nastiest attitude I’ve ever seen. I asked for an extra side and she told me they were out, I get to register… the other lady bringing an entire bin out. I asked could I get my side even if I have to pay for it she say they’re not giving out any extras even if you’re paying for them. NEVER EVER have I’ve been told that from any restaurant especially when you’re paying for it. Food lines were just a mess. I’ve been charged for items I didn’t even get which is crazy. The place just had food everywhere from tables, chairs and floors. All trash were filled to the top u til another customer told its starting to overflow on the floor. No tables were wiped so no one couldn’t even really dine in. Some staff attitudes were okay and most were not okay. Everything just been horrible there this whole week, seems as owner doesn’t really respond to these reviews but they matter. I’m sure I’ll be heading to another location. Parking: Chipotle is in a plaza with other businesses such as subway and dollar general’ so it’s VERY hard to get any parking spaces.

One of the worst places ive ever been to eat ever. Horrible everything horrible. They need to hire me as a manager for a few weeks to fix this. Absolutely horrible. My Price is 10k. Also THIS IS $11 !!?! They ripped me off

I would do zero rating if i could. At approximately 9:15 on 3/26 i went to this location to get food. The girl i think she filipino is rude every time i come in here and she gives half a spoon of everything. I asked her to grab one thing and she started doing the most throwing stuff around. And she had a stank face. Multiple customers felt this way about her attitude. This time i decided to make a review on her she got one more time and i’m calling cooperate.
